Cookie Policy
How the PACKRIVA website handles inquiry information, browser storage, and optional measurement technologies.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Necessary browser storage
Necessary storage supports language preference, attribution continuity, locally saved packaging drafts and checklists, form protection, and consent preferences. This first-party storage is available regardless of optional consent because those website functions depend on it.
Storage duration
The packriva_locale and packriva_consent cookies are set for up to 12 months. Consent, attribution, tool-use, project, RFQ, specification, and checklist records in local storage remain until you clear browser data or use an available reset control. Session-only event deduplication ends with the browser session.
Analytics
Only after Analytics consent, configured analytics may measure page views, tool use, CTA interactions, and web performance. Inquiry text, names, emails, phone numbers, and uploaded artwork are excluded from analytics event payloads.
Marketing
Only after Marketing consent, configured advertising measurement, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Microsoft Clarity scripts may load. Provider IDs must also be configured. Google Tag Manager may deliver permitted analytics or marketing tags, and every tag in the production container must honor the saved consent state.
Your choices
Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to accept, reject, or change optional categories. Withdrawing optional consent reloads the page so configured optional scripts stop loading. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent use of packaging tools or inquiry forms.
Provider configuration
No analytics or marketing provider is active unless production measurement is explicitly enabled, its approved ID is supplied, and the relevant consent is granted. This policy must be reviewed whenever providers, tag behavior, or retention settings change.
