How are cartons per layer calculated?
The tool compares straight and rotated single-orientation rows and selects the higher count. It does not mix orientations or allow pallet overhang.
What is maximum loaded height?
It is the planning limit for the pallet base plus all carton layers. Warehouses, carriers, shipping modes, and destinations may apply different limits.
What does pallet gross weight include?
Full-pallet gross weight is carton gross weight plus the entered pallet tare weight. If tare is zero, the pallet itself is not included.
Can I use the result directly for booking?
No. Confirm pallet strength, carton stacking strength, wrapping or strapping, forklift handling, weight limits, and carrier rules before shipment.
