Frequently asked questions
Does PACKRIVA receive my uploaded image?
No. In Phase 5A the selected image is decoded with browser APIs on your device. The tool has no upload request or artwork server endpoint.
Is 300 DPI always required?
No. It is a common reference for many print applications, but suitable resolution depends on the artwork, print process, size, and viewing conditions.
Why can horizontal and vertical DPI differ?
If the intended width and height change the image aspect ratio, each axis has a different effective resolution. Distortion should also be reviewed.
