Clarify the product and brief
We organize dimensions, use, materials, appearance, quantity, and delivery needs before suppliers are asked to act.
PACKRIVA helps international brands develop custom packaging in China by turning product needs into clear specifications and coordinated production decisions.
A box is shaped by connected choices: product fit, board, structure, artwork, color, finishing, packing, and delivery. When those choices are discussed separately, a detail approved at one stage can be misunderstood at the next.
PACKRIVA exists to keep the brief clear as the work moves from early development to sourcing, sampling, production, and shipment preparation.
The method is practical: clarify the inputs, establish an approved reference, and keep later decisions tied to it.
We organize dimensions, use, materials, appearance, quantity, and delivery needs before suppliers are asked to act.
Quotes, samples, artwork, color, and finishing are coordinated around clear review points and an approved baseline.
Production, agreed quality checks, packing, and shipping coordination stay connected to the version the buyer approved.

Founder
Founder / Packaging Development & Sourcing
Colin Lin started working with custom paper packaging on the production side in 2014. That experience taught him to connect structure, materials, dimensions, and specifications with the practical realities of sampling, artwork, prepress, print, finishing, and production coordination. He learned that a packaging idea becomes reliable only when the details are made clear before each decision moves forward.
Most packaging problems are not caused by one big mistake. They usually grow from small details that were unclear, overlooked, or never properly confirmed before production—from board thickness and structural fit to color references, finishing expectations, and the version approved for manufacture.
PACKRIVA was built around that lesson: help international brands turn packaging ideas into clear specifications, make better decisions at the right stages, and coordinate production in China with fewer surprises between what was approved and what is ultimately delivered.
PACKRIVA matches manufacturing resources to the project's structure, materials, finishing, quantity, timing, and quality requirements. Production coordination then keeps suppliers, samples, and approved inputs aligned as the work moves forward.
The right production route depends on the current order. Capability and fit matter more than a generic list of equipment or capacity.

Good coordination does not remove every production variable. It gives the buyer clearer information, decisions, and checkpoints for managing them.
Specifications, quotations, and samples can be compared against the same project brief.
Questions about structure, artwork, materials, and finishing are raised before they become production problems.
The buyer can see what needs confirmation, what has changed, and which version should move forward.
You have one accountable project contact to keep supplier communication, approvals, production follow-up, quality requirements, packing, and shipping preparation connected.
