    Share Requirements

    Start with reference images, product details, packaging type, approximate quantity, and any artwork or dimensions already available.

    Clarify Specifications

    PACKRIVA helps clarify structure, dimensions, materials, printing, finishing, inserts and packing requirements.

    Source & Quote

    A Budget Price supports early direction and cost decisions. A Formal Quote follows confirmed specifications and commercial conditions.

  4. 04

    Develop Samples

    Each sample or version is identifiable. The buyer confirms structure, artwork, color or finish where applicable, and the exact version.

    Confirm Order

    Production release requires Customer approval, Manufacturer same-version acknowledgement, Required payment condition met, and Critical open items cleared. A PO or payment alone does not approve the production version.

    Follow Production

    Based on project risk, follow-up may include first-article check where appropriate, key-process follow-up where appropriate, and progress evidence or updates.

    Check Quality

    Every PACKRIVA supply order includes an agreed basic QC scope, with inspection intensity based on project risk. This may include Supplier self-check, PACKRIVA Review, and Independent Third Party where appropriate. A failed check is placed on HOLD for corrective action and re-inspection or a permitted written deviation where applicable.

    Prepare Dispatch

    Quality approval does not automatically authorize shipment. Shipment release also considers packing, carton count / marks, payment, documents and freight readiness.

Project clarifications

Four questions to settle early.

Can I start without complete specifications?

Yes. Share the references, product details, packaging type and approximate quantity you have. Missing decisions can be clarified during development.

What is the difference between a budget price and a formal quote?

A budget price supports early direction using stated assumptions. A formal quote is based on more complete, confirmed specifications and commercial conditions.

Is QC included?

Every PACKRIVA supply order includes an agreed basic QC scope. Inspection intensity and the executor depend on project risk; independent inspection is scoped where appropriate.

Can I contract directly with a manufacturer?

PACKRIVA Supply is the default model. Direct Manufacturer + PACKRIVA Coordination is an exception agreed before the project starts, with responsibilities and authority made clear.
